For those who already have their own marriage license and looking to make their marriage official, without a full traditional ceremony. We will sign your marriage license, perform the legal I do's, provide you with a keepsake certificate and file your documents with the county on your behalf. Don't have a marriage license? Don't worry, we can issue one for you at a nominal fee. $99.00 deposit required. Balance due on event date. Ready to make an appointment? Reserve your date here: https://calendly.com/marriedbym/book-your-wedding MARRIAGE LICENSE REQUIREMENTS: A driver’s license, ID card from any state, or a passport from any country (all documents must be valid). You must be over 18 years of age and living together in order for us to sell you the marriage license, otherwise, you can buy a Public Marriage License from the local registrar recorder's office. Then, you can call us to perform a beautiful ceremony for you. If either of you have been divorced in the last 2 years you MUST provide proof of dissolution.
Cancellation Policy
Events cancelled 30 days or more from ceremony date will be refunded at 50%, if paid in full prior. For events not paid in full, cancellations will be at the client’s own discretion and are non-refundable, due to our demand and scheduling requirements. In other words, please be certain before you cancel. No exceptions. RESCHEDULE If clients want or need to change the ceremony date, the non-refundable deposit will be transferable to another available date if clients notify MbM in writing via email to: info@marriedbymaricela.com at least 7 days prior to the original ceremony date. If notice is given less than 7 days prior to the original ceremony date, clients may be responsible for the full fee of the new booking, as well as additional fees on the rescheduled ceremony date. The ceremony date may only be changed to an available date within one year from the date the deposit is paid. All reschedules must be confirmed in writing. You can change the date & time once (1) free of charge. Any additional changes will incur a $75 change fee, payable to the Officiant.
